Our clients value an exceptional experience and timeless portraits over a quick photo session. From your first consultation to the final reveal, you’ll feel pampered, confident in the process, and celebrated every step of the way. We will guide you through the whole process so you don't have to worry about anything.
The Experience
Every session begins with a Design Appointment where we get to know each other better and I can learn about who you are and how you want to be represented in your photos. We will pick your session day at this appointment and you are able to take a look at the studio wardrobe and see what pieces appeal to you. We will discuss photo backdrops, what kind of outfits you want to bring, and how all these things can represent you dynamically and with impact in your images.
Each session includes professional hair and makeup by our talented artists, creating a look that feels authentically you. The goal here isn't just to make you look good, it's to make you look like who you are on your best day in your life and business. From there, it’s a day of self-care—complete with a great time, ease, and complete guidance so you can relax and enjoy the process.
Your Session
Starts with professional hair and makeup. During that time we will look at outfits you brought and nail down backdrops and the exact order of those we will use. Lisa will direct you through expert posing, lighting, and expression so you won't feel unsure in front of the camera. Together, we’ll create impactful portraits that highlight your beauty, personality, and strength, images you’ll be proud of to share and treasure.
Right after your session we will go through your images and Lisa will help you choose the best options for your digitals and print products, including wall art for different rooms in your home or business. If we run out of time in your schedule after your session, we can find another date that will work perfectly for you to see your images.

What should you expect?
Consultation
The very first step is a design appointment with Lisa. Regardless of the type of portrait session, we want to know your story and exactly how you want to be photographed. We will talk in detail about what you want, need and what we can do for you. We will also discuss makeup and wardrobe ideas and finally get your session scheduled.
Wardrobe
We are here for you at every step of the process. Do you need help picking your wardrobe pieces? As part of the booking process you will receive a Beauty and Style Guide to help you prepare for your session; mind, body and wardrobe. Still need help? There is a small studio wardrobe you can use and Lisa is just a Facetime or phone call away!
Makeup and Hair
When you arrive for your session, the first stop is our makeup chair with our licensed makeup artist and hairstylist. She will work with you on the perfect makeup and hair look for your session. Once everything is to your liking we will move on to your photoshoot. Lisa will have all your outfits set out in shoot order and get started.
Guided Photo Shoot
Your photoshoot will last up to 2 hours. Lisa will fully guide you through each pose from head to toe, in positions that are perfect for the bests images of your body type. No need to practice in a mirror or worry about how to place your body, Lisa will guide you through each pose from head to toe.
Professional Retouching
Worried about fine lines, belly bulges and cellulite? No need, even though posing and lighting already worked magic on your images, each image is selected and goes through a full professional retouch to hide those small things we see on ourselves as flaws. The entire process is to give each client the most beautiful images you have ever seen of yourself.
Prints and Digital Files
At your image reveal you will see your awesome images for the first time and choose the ones you love. Whether you choose 2 images or a full collection, you will receive legacy products. Each image will be delivered in both print and digital versions, so you can have the best of both worlds with no worries of finding a good print lab.
